How do you start a video project?

When starting a video project, it’s important to first understand what the goal of the project is. Is the brand in need of more exposure?

Does the firm need to better communicate its unique selling proposition?

Creating a video is not easy; you need to have an idea of what story or message it’s going for. It would also help if there was some kind guidance, like this article that can give tips on how best approach making videos in order get your point across effectively!

1. Concept

One of the most important steps in creating a video is deciding on a concept.

What story are you trying to tell?

What message do you want to get across?

Once you have a strong idea in mind, it will be easier to plan out the rest of the project.

2. Scripting

Next, you’ll need to create a script.

This will help guide your video and make sure that each scene flows together.

3. Storyboard

It’s also a good idea to storyboard your video, which will help you visualise the final product.

4. Production and filming

Once you have all of your planning done, it’s time to start filming!

Make sure you have all of the necessary equipment and that everyone involved in the project knows what they’re doing.

5. Post production and editing

Then, it’s just a matter of hitting “record” and letting the magic happen.

When it comes to editing your video, there are a lot of different options to choose from.

You can use software like Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere, or you could go with a more simplistic approach and use something like iMovie.

6. Publishing and Marketing

Once your video is finished, it’s time to upload it to social media YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram and start sharing.
