Self-hosted Umami on a NAS via Docker. One instance tracks all 9 sites across 3 projects. Daily analytics digest via cron job to Telegram.

Result

Privacy-first analytics for 9 sites. Zero cost. Daily Telegram reports with pageviews, top pages, referrers. No cookie banners needed.
