Clawd: Personal AI Agent

The problem

Running multiple businesses solo means context-switching constantly. Every morning starts with: where was I? What's urgent? What did I forget?

What we did

Built a personal AI agent that runs 24/7. It reads my calendar, checks emails, monitors projects, and sends a morning briefing before I wake up. It knows my clients, my deadlines, my preferences. It writes daily logs so tomorrow-me knows what today-me did.

Scope

Architecture, prompt engineering, integration, knowledge graph

Result

Zero-to-briefing time went from 45 minutes to 0. The agent handles routine communications, project monitoring, and knowledge management across all projects.

Clawd is not a chatbot. It’s a second brain that doesn’t forget things.

Here’s the problem with running multiple projects solo: you lose context. You finish a deep coding session on the iOS app, switch to writing a client proposal, then realize you forgot to reply to an email from two days ago. By the time you get back to the code, you’ve lost your train of thought.

Clawd fixes this. It’s an AI agent that runs continuously, connected to email, calendar, messaging, and my entire knowledge base. Every morning at 8:15, it sends an audio briefing: what happened yesterday, what’s on the calendar, what needs attention. Not a list. An actual voice message, like a colleague catching you up over coffee.

The technical stack is interesting: a Brain vault of 800+ interlinked notes in Obsidian, vector search over all of them, a graph layer that finds cross-domain connections. When I’m working on acoustics formulas for the sound healing app, Clawd surfaces a relevant physics paper I indexed three months ago. Not because I searched for it. Because the graph knows it’s connected.

It also handles the boring stuff. Invoice reminders. Meeting prep. Daily memory logs. The goal isn’t to replace thinking. It’s to stop wasting time on things that don’t require thinking.

This project is the reason the Education service exists. Teaching people to build systems like this is the most valuable thing I can offer.
